Exploring the world of making money from vacation rentals and Airbnb investing

Our family has bought two vacation rentals so far — one in Sonoma, California and one in Hawaii. On this site, we’re trying to document what we’ve learned so far because there aren’t many good resources out there about this new form of real estate investing. Whenever possible, we try to use real data from our experience.

We write about everything from how choose the right vacation rental investment property, financing the vacation rental, and then how to profitably manage the property.
